Throughout many years of providing homes, our team has gained the experience and expertise necessary to match our clients with properties that fit their lifestyle and budget. Many of our homes contain a fireplace, a second living room and an outdoor living area such as a deck. As part of our effort to take care of our tenants, we provide a New Tenant Information Package to provide information related to the local regulations and other important information.

The terms of the lease are typically 12 months with the ability to renew annually. We require a security deposit typically equal to 1 time the rent and a non-refundable move-in/move-out fee due at the time of the signing of the lease. We do allow small dogs and cats in some of the units with a one-time non-refundable pet fee and a small additional monthly rent.
