PET POLICY
A Furry Member of the Family
Are you having a ruff time looking for a pawsome home for your family? We don't have a cat-titude about your furry family members and have the purr-fect place for your family, both with and without fur. Most of our properties allow animals purr the guidelines listed below.
ANIMAL RESTRICTIONS:
No tenant shall have more than TWO animals in a unit.
A cat must either where cat nail caps at all times or be declawed.
No aggressive breeds are allowed such as Pit Bulls, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Wolf Hybrids, Staffordshire Terriers.
Accommodations are available for Emotional Support Animals upon receipt and approval of an ESA letter from the tenants' Medical Professional that complies with state and federal law and is renewed annually.
Maximum tank size is 20 gallons
Maximum dog size is under 40 lbs
TENANT REQUIREMENTS
Obtain Landlord approval prior to bringing an animal on the property.
Pet Policy applies to all pets no matter how big or small: Lizards, Birds, Fish, Cats, Dogs, etc.
Tenant must agree to the terms and sign the addendum to lease.
Follow city ordinances and state and federal laws. A few links provided at the bottom of this page.
Tenant provides vaccination records, insurance and any other pertinent documentation for each animal.
Tenant provides proof of Isabella County license/registration for all dogs.
An emergency contact must be provided to take care of or collect said animal.
PET FEES
Monthly rent is $50 per pet along with a onetime $300 non-refundable pet fee per pet. No unauthorized animals of any kind are allowed on the premises for even a short amount of time.
